Half a lamb
Half a lamb will consist of approxametly 30lbs of meat including 1 leg roast, 1 shoulder roast, chops and ground lamb. Steaks and chops will be approximately 3/4” thick. Ground lamb will be in 2lb packages and the roasts will be 3-5lbs each depending on the size of the lamb.
